Terms of Use DRAFT 9 Website Edition | Effective August 1, 2026 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DRAFT 9 website, game, and related features made available by Paddy Panda ("Paddy Panda," "we," "us," or "our"). The website is currently available at https://p38baseball.bond (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

Eligibility and Acceptance You must be able to form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
The Service DRAFT 9 is a browser-based baseball lineup drafting and simulation game. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, game mode, or portion of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, saved result, or game data will always be available. The Service does not require an account. Certain game preferences and progress may be stored in your browser on your device. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, using private browsing, or disabling storage may remove or prevent access to that locally stored information.
License and Intellectual Property Subject to these Terms, Paddy Panda grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Paddy Panda and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content, including software, artwork, text, trademarks, logos, data presentation, and other intellectual property rights. Game Data, Shared Results, and Third-Party Platforms DRAFT 9 may allow you to create a shareable result link, copy result text, download an image, or open a third-party social platform. A shared result link can contain your selected player names, positions, team/season choices, and game result in its URL. Do not share a result link if you do not want those game choices to be visible to anyone who receives the link. Third-party websites, advertising services, and social platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is between you and that third party.
Advertising The Service may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense or another advertising provider. Advertising is subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not guarantee the availability, content, or suitability of any advertisement, and you are responsible for evaluating any offer made by an advertiser.
Feedback If you send us ideas, suggestions, comments, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Historical player statistics and other baseball information are presented for entertainment and informational purposes. We do not warrant that data is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PADDY PANDA AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
